DEVELOPMENT
Charles Austen Pumps invents all of its own pump technology and invests heavily in state of the art R&D to design, develop and prove its new products. Our accomplished team of engineers are on hand to engage in client focussed design projects. Thanks to the fact that we design our products in house, we have total clarity over every element of the pumps we produce.
TOOLING & MACHINING
Supported by a dedicated staff of highly skilled craftsmen utilizing CNC machining and EDM equipment, Charles Austen Pumps has the flexibility to support new product development with fast and viable tooling and machining to assist manufacture.
MOULDING
With more than 50 years of experience, Charles Austen Pumps have in house injection moulding facilities with the latest high-tech CNC machines. We offer twin shot and special material capabilities allowing an incredibly vast range of bespoke options.
ASSEMBLY
With 3 dedicated assembly facilities, Charles Austen Pumps employs a cell production system and can accommodate small to high volume production requirements. Every product that comes off our production line is assembled, physically tested and logged online before unique serial numbers are assigned to each pump to assure clients of absolute quality.
WAREHOUSING
With 5 dedicated warehouse buildings on site, alongside our international distribution facilities, Charles Austen Pumps have the capacity to hold huge orders in waiting. We utilize double shifts to ensure that stock items are dispatched within 24 hours.
